Magesh has more than two decades of experience in Retail Finance specializing in Banking Operations such as Back Office Operations. Prior to joining Capri Global, Magesh was associated with InCred Finance as Group Head – Operations responsible for Wealth, Broking, AMC & Lending Businesses. At InCred, he was actively involved in setting up the Operations shop which included System & Process implementation. He was responsible for designing and implementing processes to manage the entire client life cycle – from Onboarding to customer’s portfolio updation. His extensive knowledge and practical experience on application of all the relevant regulations, rules and bye-laws that apply to market infrastructure intermediaries, assisted him in these initiatives at InCred.
