His work deliverables also included controlling & monitoring portfolio delinquency, devising & implementing long term strategic plans instrumental in achieving collection targets , customer relationship management and process enhancement. Across his career, he was associated with organizations like Home Credit India, CitiFinancial Ltd, Citibank , Citigroup Global Services Limited, ADFC Private Limited.
