As an IAS officer from UP cadre, Mr. Priyadarshi served in the administrative services for over two decades. In his long and illustrious career, he also had the distinction of becoming the first Indian civil servant to serve as Director of WTO. He dealt with economic, finance, industries, and infrastructure ministries during his stint with Government of India. He has also worked closely with global institutions like World Bank, IMF, UNCTAD, UNDP, and OECD. He has been a regular contributor to a large number international journals and has well-established research and teaching credentials.
