Vaibhav has more than 15 years of work experience across the banking & financial service industry. Prior to joining Capri Global, he was working with AU Small Finance Bank Limited, where he was responsible for underwriting of retail & high value secured business loan proposals and sanctioning loans.

His work deliverables also included implementation of robust processes & changes for scaling up business volumes and conducting branch wise portfolio analysis. He holds expertise in credit underwriting & portfolio quality management, setting up credit policies & processes and designing underwriting tools.

Across his career, he was associated with organizations like, ICICI Bank Ltd, HDFC Bank Ltd, CITI Financial Consumer Finance India Ltd, Moneyline Credit Ltd, AU Financiers Ltd and DCB Bank.
