Job Description:

  • Responsible in developing Relationship & Sourcing of LAP business through connectors & regiment Callings.
  • Responsible  for  Managing  relationship  with  customer  and  also  focus  on  portfolio quality  by managing collections. 
  • Experienced in Home Loan/ LAP product is required.
  • Should  be  able  to  manage  overall  responsibilities  including  customer expectations,  identifying new business markets and recording customer requirements.
  • Responsible for the business targets achievement.
  • Responsible for clearing OTC & PDD documents of customers and serving them through various products available with organization. 
  • Maintaining customer relationship and cross selling to existing customers.
  • Resolving Customer issues and queries.

Job Description:

• Grow the lending business (LAP) in a cluster of branches
• Responsible for building the Loan book as well as managing Collections of the portfolio.
• Meeting monthly, quarterly and annual business targets.
• Managing Channel partners and other external stakeholders
• Assisting Risk and Credit teams in portfolio risk management, customer service, and developing credit & risk policies.
• Managing people, tracking performance and enhancing productivity.
• Identifying locations for business expansion and setting up new branches.
• Hiring, coaching, and building a high-performance team.
• Remain updated on market developments and recommend product/ policy updates to improve the company’s product offering and competitive position in the market

Skills

  • Bachelor’s / PG degree in finance, business, or a related field
  • Team handling/ management experience is a must
  • 5+ years of relevant sales experience in NBFC / Banking sector
  • Strong network of Direct Selling Agents (DSA).
