Our Terms and Conditions outline the rules, obligations, and expectations for using our products and services, including relevant policies for refunds, returns, and dispute resolution.

CAPRI LOANS offers to the general public an opportunity to avail financial facility in nature of MSME loans, Affordable housing Loans, Loan against Gold, Loan against Securities, Loan against Property and Personal Loan ("Loan") subject to terms and conditions, herein below and such other terms and conditions, as may be applicable and notified by CAPRI LOANS from time to time.

CAPRI LOANS reserves the right to add, alter, modify, change or vary all or any terms and conditions as contained herein, at any point of time, without any notice or intimation, written or otherwise.

The Loan offered by CAPRI LOANS to its Customers shall be governed by the terms and conditions contained in the respective loan agreements (the "Loan Agreement"). In case of any conflict, the terms and conditions contained in the Loan Agreement shall supersede these terms and conditions.

CAPRI LOANS may contact a customer on the telephone / contact number provided by them within a period of 7 days from the date of the request / query. Such follow-up calls made by CAPRI LOANS shall be regarded as solicited calls and would be exempted from any 'Do Not Call requests' that may have been placed at any point of time against the said telephone / contact numbers by a customer.

The terms and conditions herein or elsewhere in relation to the Loan and / or Scheme(s) shall be subject to usual force majeure conditions.

All contact(s) with the Customer(s) by CAPRI LOANS and / or its associates, designated third parties, through any medium whatsoever, including but not limited to mail, e-mails, SMS, monthly statements, letters etc. shall be at the sole discretion of CAPRI LOANS.

All disputes, if any, arising out or in connection with or as a result of any of the Loan / Scheme(s) or otherwise relating hereto, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Mumbai only.

Terms and Conditions for Promotional Campaigns, Offers and Contests

These Terms govern participation in the promotional campaign, offer, contest, lucky draw or similar marketing initiative ("Promotion") conducted by Capri Global Capital Limited and its subsidiaries and Group Companies ("Capri" or "Company").

By participating in the Promotion, the participant ("Participant") agrees to be bound by these Terms and any amendments, additions, replacements, variations and modifications hereto, which shall be final and binding in all respects on each Participant.

1. DEFINITIONS

1.1 "Campaign Period" means the start Date and Time and End Date and Time mentioned in the relevant promotional campaign/Contest unless extended or modified by Capri in accordance with these Terms. End date, if not explicitly stated, would entail declaration of winners of the contest.

1.2 "Entry" means a valid submission made by a Participant in accordance with the participation mechanism specified for the Promotion.

1.3 "Prize" means the reward, benefit, gift, voucher or other item if declared by Capri for the Promotion.

1.4 "Winner" means the Participant selected in accordance with the winner selection process set out herein, which may vary from contest to contest.

1.5 "Content" means any photograph, video, testimonial, slogan, statement, creative material or other material submitted by the Participant as part of the Promotion.

2. ELIGIBILITY

2.1 Participation is open only to individuals who: Are at least 18 years of age at the time of participation; Are residents of India, unless otherwise specified; Fulfil all eligibility criteria specified in the Promotion announcement.

2.2 Employees, directors, officers, agents, marketing partners, affiliates, and immediate family members of Capri are not eligible to participate unless specifically allowed for employees.

2.3 Capri reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage and may disqualify any Participant who provides false, misleading or incomplete information.

3. CAMPAIGN PERIOD

3.1 The Promotion shall be valid only during the Campaign Period.

3.2 Entries received outside the Campaign Period shall be void and shall not be considered.

4. PARTICIPATION MECHANISM

4.1 Participants must comply strictly with the participation requirements communicated in the promotional material.

4.2 Participation does not guarantee winning any Prize.

4.3 Unless expressly stated, no purchase or payment is required to participate.

4.4 Capri reserves the right to reject incomplete, illegible, fraudulent or duplicate Entries.

5. WINNER SELECTION PROCESS

5.1 Winners shall be selected through one of the following methods, as specified for the Promotion: (a) A random draw (b) Evaluation by a duly constituted internal selection committee; or (c) Selection by an independent third-party agency. (d) Through 1st come 1st serve basis

5.2 The winner selection process shall be documented. Capri shall maintain appropriate records, including timestamped system data, evaluation sheets (where applicable), and/or recorded draw processes for a minimum period of three (3) months from the date of winner declaration.

5.3 The decision of Capri regarding the selection of Winners shall be final and binding. No correspondence, objection or dispute regarding the selection process shall be entertained.

5.4 Capri reserves the right to publish the name, photograph and city of the Winner(s) on its website, social media platforms or other communication channels for transparency and promotional purposes. The Participant hereby gives expressed consent to Capri to publish the Participant's name, photograph and city of the Winner(s) on its website, social media platforms or other communication channels.

6. PRIZE TERMS

6.1 The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-redeemable for cash unless expressly stated.

6.2 Capri reserves the right to substitute the Prize with another item of equal or greater value, at its sole discretion.

6.3 Prize or voucher are manufactured/provided by third parties, for any defect/deficiency in such prize/voucher Capri would not be held liable for the same.

6.4 Any taxes, levies or statutory charges arising from acceptance of the Prize shall be borne solely by the Winner.

7. DATA COLLECTION AND OWNERSHIP

7.1 By participating, the Participant consents to the collection, processing, storage and use of personal data for purposes of administering the Promotion and for legitimate business and marketing purposes, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

7.2 All data collected pursuant to the Promotion shall be the property of Capri, subject to applicable data protection regulations.

7.3 Capri shall retain personal data only for such period as may be necessary for regulatory compliance, dispute resolution or legitimate business purposes.

8. EXPRESS CONSENT FOR COMMUNICATION

8.1 By participating in the Promotion, the Participant expressly consents to receive communications from Capri, including calls, SMS, email, WhatsApp messages and other electronic communications relating to: The Promotion; Marketing offers; Financial products or services of Capri, subject to applicable law and regulatory guidelines.

8.2 Participants may withdraw consent at any time by using the opt-out mechanism provided in such communications.

9. USER-GENERATED CONTENT REPRESENTATIONS

9.1 Where participation requires submission of Content, the Participant represents and warrants that: (a) The Participant is the sole and original creator of the Content; (b) The Content does not infringe any intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other third-party rights; (c) The Content is not defamatory, unlawful, obscene, misleading or in violation of applicable law; (d) All necessary permissions and consents from identifiable individuals have been obtained.

9.2 The Participant shall be solely responsible for any, whether direct or indirect, claims, disputes, losses, damages, costs arising from its breach of above warranties.

9.3 Capri reserves the right to remove or disqualify any Content that violates these Terms.

10. LICENSE TO USE CONTENT

10.1 The Participant grants Capri a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, display, distribute and otherwise exploit the Content for promotional, marketing and commercial purposes without additional compensation.

10.2 Capri shall not be obligated to use any submitted Content.

11. INDEMNITY

The Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Capri, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs or expenses arising out of: (a) Breach of these Terms; (b) Infringement of third-party rights by the Participant; (c) Submission of infringing or unlawful Content; (d) Misrepresentation or fraudulent conduct; (e) Violation of applicable laws or regulations.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

12.1 Capri shall not be liable for: Technical failures; Network or server issues; Lost, delayed or misdirected Entries; Force majeure events; Inability of a Winner to claim or use the Prize.

12.2 In no event shall Capri's total liability exceed the value of the Prize.

13. DISQUALIFICATION

Capri reserves the right to disqualify any Participant who: Tampers with the entry process; Uses automated bots or fraudulent methods; Engages in abusive, unlawful or unethical conduct; Violates these Terms.

14. NO FINANCIAL GUARANTEE

14.1 Participation in the Promotion does not guarantee approval of any loan or financial product.

14.2 Any financial product offered by Capri shall remain subject to independent credit assessment, documentation and regulatory compliance.

15. REGULATORY COMPLIANCE

15.1 The Promotion shall be conducted in compliance with applicable laws, including consumer protection laws, advertising standards, data protection laws and regulatory guidelines applicable to financial institutions, including RBI guidelines where relevant.

15.2 Nothing in this Promotion shall be construed as a financial solicitation, assurance or guaranteed benefit unless expressly stated.

16. FORCE MAJEURE

Capri reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify or terminate the Promotion in case of regulatory directives, force majeure events or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

17. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts at [Mumbai], India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from the Promotion.

18. RIGHT TO MODIFY

Capri reserves the right to amend these Terms at its sole discretion. Updated Terms shall be effective upon publication.
