Hardit has two decades of experience in retail lending for secured & unsecured products and have managed Digital Sales (fintech), Operations, Credit domain for various financial organizations such as Fullerton India, TVS Credit, Muthoot Capital etc. Prior to joining us, he was associated with Indifi Technologies Private Limited as Vice President – Digital Lending & Alliances. At Indifi, he onboarded & managed strategic partnerships with Banks, Large NBFC’s & PSU’s for enabling new products & co-lending models. He brought about API integrations with new & existing partners to improve efficiency across loan life cycle. He also designed the process automation on life cycle journey (sanctions, disbursal and post disbursal services) for partnership business, for better customer experience & low turnaround time. During his tenure, he was associated with organizations like Ziploans, Muthoot Capital, TVS Credit Services, Fullerton India Credit & others.
