Participate in field-marketing activities to improve the brand visibility of Capri GoldLoan branch in the catchment areas and generate leads of prospective customers.
Drive & ensure continuous customer engagement through various channels.
Maintaining quality portfolio by tracking & controlling ROI.
Provide after sales service to existing customers and obtain references fromthemtoincrease customer base.
Strong follow up on interest collections to keep NPAs (non-performing assets) under control.
