CAPRI LOANS offers to the general public an opportunity to avail financial facility in nature of MSME loans, Affordable housing Loans, Loan against Gold, Loan against Securities, Loan against Property and Personal Loan (“Loan”) subject to terms and conditions, herein below and such other terms and conditions, as may be applicable and notified by CAPRI LOANS from time to time. CAPRI LOANS reserves the right to add, alter, modify, change or vary all or any terms and conditions as contained herein, at any point of time, without any notice or intimation, written or otherwise. The Loan offered by CAPRI LOANS to its Customers shall be governed by the terms and conditions contained in the respective loan agreements (the “Loan Agreement”). In case of any conflict, the terms and conditions contained in the Loan Agreement shall supersede these terms and conditions. CAPRI LOANS may contact a customer on the telephone / contact number provided by them within a period of 7 days from the date of the request / query. Such follow-up calls made by CAPRI LOANS shall be regarded as solicited calls and would be exempted from any ‘Do Not Call requests’ that may have been placed at any point of time against the said telephone / contact numbers by a customer. The terms and conditions herein or elsewhere in relation to the Loan and / or Scheme(s) shall be subject to usual force majeure conditions. All contact(s) with the Customer(s) by CAPRI LOANS and / or its associates, designated third parties, through any medium whatsoever, including but not limited to mail, e-mails, SMS, monthly statements, letters etc. shall be at the sole discretion of CAPRI LOANS. All disputes, if any, arising out or in connection with or as a result of any of the Loan / Scheme(s) or otherwise relating hereto, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Mumbai only.
